- 20 ready made Plans:
Besides gathering useful information, you can also take a look at plans and 3D models for building a house on plots of 1.5 to 3 kottahs, for budgets ranging from Rs. 3 lakhs to Rs.7 lakhs. Looking at these functional yet beautiful houses, specially designed by our in-house panel of architects, you will be able to visualize the kind of house you can build.
- Cost Analysis:
These plans and models will give you an indication of costs and will also inspire you with ideas for your home.
- Copy & Carry Plans:
You can actually photocopy plan layouts and then consult your architect to add your own personal touch before you create the final plan for your home.
- Home Preview:
We have a unique Home Preview service where you can see what your house will look like.Just bring your plan and we'll create a 3D image of your house on the computer.
Membership Rules & Regulations

There are three categories of membership/entry facility available at the centre. The first one is temporary in nature and the other two are permanent membership for a stipulated period. The following fees are applicable w.e.f. 10 January, 2001. | |||||||||

The validity of membership starts on the day a person becomes a member of the centre and membership period is calculated from that day. General and Professional Members can renew their memberships upon payment of the above fees or the fees applicable at the time of renewal, on or after the expiry date of the membership. Membership is non-transferable and non-refundable.

| Other Facility Charges | |||||||||
A member or a visitor has to pay up a minimum amount for using some facilities apart from normal membership fees. This includes photocopy, surfing of website and computer print-outs. These charges are payable at the time of exit. | |||||||||

Timings | |||||||||
| Days : Tuesday to Sunday. Time : 11:00 am to 07:00 pm The centre operates on 6-day a week basis. The centre is closed on all Mondays and on national holidays. |
